Care and Cleaning

Sterling silver will tarnish over time but is cleaned easily. For the silver, pebble and enamel pieces use silver dip or foam. Dip your jewellery in the silver dip or rub the foam onto the surface and rinse thoroughly under the tap. Using a wet toothbrush and washing up liquid, give the piece a good scrub all over and rinse again. Dry with a towel or kitchen roll. If the surface of your piece has become polished, it is possible to regain the matt finish using a toothrush and some toothpaste (mildly abrasive) or by using a small piece of wet plastic scotchbrite pad. Do not use silver dip or foam on any of the oxidised (black) pieces.

Shipping

All pieces are beautifully packaged in a Grace Girvan gift box. All orders are sent by Royal Mail, unless otherwise requested. Shipping is charged at £5 for Tracked 24 or £10 for Special Delivery, which is an insured and next day service. International orders are charged at £15. Duties and taxes may apply to shipments outside the UK, the customer will be responsible for these charges. It's important to note that Grace Girvan has no control over these fees, and we cannot provide guidance on the specific costs, as they differ from country to country. For more details, please reach out to your local customs office. Please be aware that we are unable to reimburse you for any duties and taxes paid upon the delivery of your order.

Delivery Times

Most pieces are available for dispatch within 5 working days of ordering. All pieces are made by Grace in her Fife studio so some may take slightly longer. If you require the order by a certain date contact me first before placing the order.

If your jewellery is in need of repair please contact me.

Returns

We hope that you will be delighted with your purchase from Grace Girvan but if for any reason you are unhappy with an item please contact me in the first instance.   If returning an item it must be returned in original condition (unless faulty) and original packaging within 14 days of receipt of item. Unfortunately, earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. It is recommended that all returned items are sent fully insured by Royal Mail Next Day Special Delivery as we cannot accept responsibility for any returned items being lost, stolen or damaged. Once we have received the returned items and are happy with the condition of the goods a full refund or exchange will be given.

Pebble Variations

As the pebbles are a natural material they will vary slightly in colour, shape and size from those photographed.

Payment

All orders placed through my website are paid for through paypal using a credit or debit card. If you would rather pay using an alternative method, for instance a bank transfer, please contact me.
